W Panama, Panama City

My stay at the hotel was beyond expectations. The gym, in particular, was one of the nicest hotel gyms I've seen, and the rooms were impeccable with a very well-supplied minibar. The service was SO pleasant, and the staff really went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was great with an amazing view over Panama City, but it was not walkable to Casco Viejo or other touristic areas. The dining experience was good overall, although there were some areas that could be improved.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a nice view, just like in the pictures, but they weren't ready when I arrived at 3 p.m. The weekend nights were very noisy due to disco music, which was a downside. The service was really helpful and friendly, and they quickly handled my complaint about the noisy room, offering me a free breakfast. The location was right in the center of the city, providing an amazing view over Panama City, but it was not walkable to Casco Viejo or other tourist areas. The dining experience was rather average, with limited meat choices and overpriced items. Overall, the facilities met expectations.
